How I Can Help You
Let's co-create both a safe and brave enough space to unpack what's been boxed up for all this time.
Our sessions can include:
exploring multicultural identity, ethical non-monogamy, kink and BDSM, asexuality, online dating, performance anxiety
managing racial anxiety, holistic well-being, life transitions, low self-esteem, NYC-living, pandemic-related stress
processing relationships with mind-altering substances, complex trauma, family dysfunction, attachment issues, privilege & prejudice
moving through guilt and shame, loneliness, fear of failure or inadequacy
I bring a unique clinical lens into therapy- one that is rooted in a queer, sex-positive, multicultural identity. That means you can feel comfortable bringing all of you to session without having to worry about compartmentalizing aspects of who you are. You can expect a therapist who has the capacity to hold multiple truths, respect your beliefs, and challenge your negative patterns of behavior in a supportive way that facilitates lasting, positive change. There is no quick fix in therapy, and our sessions will often be weaving through the tapestry of your life at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

Services & Fees
I work with adults in individual and couples' therapy, consult on the intersectionality of race and gender, and supervise graduates working towards full licensure. I absolutely love what I do and wake up each day excited to practice in such a mutually collaborative healing space.
My goal is for us to be able to have honest, comfortable conversations about your financial wellness and find a sustainable solution that feels good for everyone. As a private practice therapist, I understand how helpful insurance can be with subsidizing investment in therapy, so please let me know if you'd like to use Out-of-Network Benefits (OON).
If you have Healthfirst, Metroplus, or other managed care plans, please explore my resources for in-network mental health providers offering therapy services services in New York.
Please review the FAQ page and verify Out-of-Network behavioral health benefits before our first consultation, so we'll be able to have some additional information for our call.
You're highly motivated, but feel stuck. You're resilient, but feel emotionally drained. You're insightful and seem put together, but feel like anxiety, negative behavior patterns, or some intangible thing is preventing you from being your best self. I will help you confront those parts of yourself that no longer serve you, both supporting and challenging you as you progress on this therapeutic journey.
Sessions typically range from $225 - $300 per therapeutic hour.*
*My sliding scale is currently at capacity. Please explore my resources page for additional community mental health resources.
Are you exploring themes of gender, sexuality, non-monogamy, race, culture, and identity within the context of your partnership and don't know where to start? In addition to developing communication, boundaries, and strengthening your relationship, we'll create space to explore how your individual needs can become more aligned so you can share a fulfilling life together.
Sessions typically range from $355 - $400 per therapeutic hour.*
*I'm no longer accepting insurance for couples therapy, though I can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement. If cost is prohibitive, please explore my resources page for sliding scale options.
It's not enough to be culturally competent anymore, and our clients deserve therapists equipped to talk about race and sex even if your focus is in Relationships with Food. If you're looking for guidance on how to develop a holistic practice that embraces diversity or would like a case consult, I can help you work through implicit bias and countertransference.
Consults range from $200 - $300 per 60 minute appointment depending on student status.*
*Open to therapists / limited permit-holders
